In January 2019, the Baowu Group Safety, Environmental Protection, and smart Manufacturing Conference was held at shaogang, and thesmart manufacturing projects represented by remote control in the iron zone presented at the conference received a huge response. chairmarChen Derong of Baowu Group pointed out that the experience of shaogang can be seen and learmed, and listed this proiect as an inteligent manufacturing demonstration project in 2019.

At the end of 2018,Anlps welcomed the delivery of the customized operation platform project for the Shaogang District centralized controlgeneral contracting project.The 1600 square meterfactory building gathers the work of 8 major processes,30 systems,42 central control rooms,and436 operation positions that were originally scattered in Shaogang District and Nengjie District.The controlled area radiates half of the factoryarea.Entering the control center on the second flor of Shaogang,the fullscreen large display and control panel are divided into 7 work islands,displaying various images and analysis models from the production site.This is the Shaogang District and Nengjie Integrated Intelligent ControlCenter,which was built by a team of100 people with the joint participation of Ambes over a period of three months.It injects a sense ofresponsibility into every detail of project construction,helping steel plant management to be more flat andefficient.
The project adopts the Anlps Creative series console, which cleverly enlarges the space with a combination of arched and straight rows. The pearl white desktop is combined with steel gray, which is harmonious and adds a touch of bright color to the central control center, achieving abalance of rigidity and flexibility.
